Before the Interview
We will confirm your focus in advance so you can prepare. Please make sure to fill out the Google Form above.
1. Remember you are responding in 1 – 2 minutes.
2. No Heavy Jargon: Clear, everyday language works best.
3. Interview Style: Questions are not provided in advance; however, the conversation will remain within the agreed-upon focus area.
4. Materials: If you’ve authored a book, article, or similar, please provide a PDF copy before the interview.
5. Rescheduling: Please notify us promptly if you cannot keep your scheduled time.
6. Tech Check: If unavailable at least 5 minutes before record time, the interview will be rescheduled.

DAY OF RECORDING
All interviews are recorded online. Please ensure you are comfortably seated at your computer in a quiet area – free of distracting sounds/interruptions. Have a glass of water nearby if need be…
Be certain you have provided day of recording contact information – likely not to be used – but we should have it available.
Arrive Early
Join 10 minutes before your scheduled time for a quick tech check. For example, you should arrive at 12:00 for your 12:00 pm interview. The tech check will take no more than 10 minutes – the interview will end no later than 12:30. Please remain online until you receive the ok from the producer to sign off.
